We had a reasonably large room with a bath. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely superb, with excellent bacon and very good value for money. The hotel had a central setting by the time the taxi arrived to take us to a restaurant. The staff was willing to help and accommodated all our queries.

Everything was fine, including extremely helpful stuff at check-in by the receptionist. The location was perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Several stores and supermarkets were right next door. The restaurant was pretty good and the breakfast was delicious and superb with fried bread and black pudding and bacon.

This hotel was perfect and fancy in every respect, had incredibly nice staff on shift. I booked a single room, it was newly decorated and had a storage, an iron with ironing board, and sound-proofed windows. The location was particularly good and marvellous, in a lively area, the garden was nice.

We would want to stay there again if passing through. It has magnificent, ideal setting, near to the nearest supermarket, pubs and beeches, and the Downs. Babbacombe district is worth seeing. Also - not far from the garden, all the beaches and the town beautiful spot, and football ground and Babbacombe Downs. The stay certainly was very good value for money. We appreciated this ideal hotel with pleasant and accommodating staff at check-in by the receptionist. Generally everything was good, but the bathroom was very tiny. We had delicious, marvellous breakfast with excellent bacon, fried bread and the cheapest sausages.

Stunning central location right by Trecarn tremendous value for money, council and the restaurant between 6pm to 8pm. Besides, it was 15 mins walk from Babbacombe Beach. The room was good value for money in general, with a shower. All of the staff was very efficient and responsible. The selection of good toast and cereals was a bonus.
It had a bit hard beds, and the views appeared to be not very nice.

The total stay was nice for 3 nights on a weekend break with National holidays. I had the single room, it was airy. Everything was good as expected, yet the bathroom was very dated. All members of the stuff where understanding. The location was great, to the railway down to oddicomb beach, convenient to go everywhere. Excellant and incredible toast and cereals, truly enjoyed this place.
